ECG – Bees’ Knees Scissor stand with Spool- Pattern & Print (threads NOT included)

Description This sweet little scissor stand was designed back in 2019 for Beating about the Bush event in Australia, which unfortunately did not come to fruition due to Covid. It is designed to complement the designs in Lorna’s book – Embroidered Country Gardens. BEGINNERS – INTERMEDIATE – it was designed with the view in mind of learning a number of stitches used in Lorna’s book. It was stitched to cover a 75mm wooden spool CONTENTS: Stof linen/cotton blend fabric with design screen printed onto it, backing muslin, wooden spool, pearl button, soluble stabilzer, organdy, instructions, stitch glossary and colour photographs. This now comes with a bespoke solid wood spool, hand turned for me by a local wood turner. A 13 cm or 6” hoop is recommended for working this design. This design is also available as a Full Kit. You can also get it as a Full Kit in a duo with a lovely needle minder also included here! All of my designer pattern and prints are beautifully packaged in cellophane bags, making them very suitable as gifts. Perfect as a small gift for your stitching friends!
