Lavender & Bees Series SET OF 4 – Full kits (with spool)

Description The series of Lavender & Bees items is now available to purchase as a complete set, for the first time at a special price. All 4 items, namely the scissor keeper, the scissor stand, the needle nanny/minder and the pincushion, are included in this set, with the wood for the pincushion of your choice. This now comes with a bespoke solid wood spool, hand turned for me by a local wood turner. We have plenty of spools in all wood types but the permutations of trying to list each variety makes it difficult . Please just ask for beech or mahogany if you do not want oak. DESIGN SIZE: Scissor stand  – Finished size of design area: 11cm x 4.5cm (4¼” x 1¾”). Scissor keeper – Finished size of design area: 7cm or 3” in diameter. Needle Nanny/minder – Finished size of design area: 38mm (1½”) in diameter. Pincushion – Finished size of design area: Finished size of design: 7cm or 3” in diameter. KIT CONTENTS: The set includes the designs screened onto linen/cotton blend fabric, muslin for backing the embroidery, backing of Stof fabric where applicable, 3 skeins of hand dyed pearl/Perle 12 threads for embroidery, hand dyed stranded cotton for the edging, hand dyed Pearl/Perle 8 thread for pincushion cord, needles, wooden spool, 1 x 38mm button for covering & a magnetised back to the button, pincushion of choice, pair of scissors, instructions and stitch glossary with colour photographs. You would need 4″, 5″ and 6″ (10cm, 12cm and 16cm) hoops for working these designs. You can also buy the needle minder, scissor keeper, scissor stand and pincushion as their own individual kits. There are duo sets available too – a set with the scissor stand & needle minder, and a set with the scissor keeper & scissor stand.
