peanut oil press adopts the principle of multi-stage gradual compression to increase the pressure in the barrel quickly so as to maximize the oil yield of peanut oil press machine. The peanut oil making machine has unique design of the oil guide groove in the barrel, so that the oil output rate has been greatly improved. Oil and cake can be separated rapidly with the oil making machine to avoid the peanut oil from being absorbed by dry meals. The peanut oil press machine has the advantages of easy operation and maintenance and stable performance. A wide range of plant seeds can be processed with the groundnut oil press, such as corn, rapeseed, cotton seed, sesame seed, peanut kernels, soybeans, sunflowers, jatropha, linseed and other vegetable oil plants.
Features of Screw Peanut Oil Press
1.This machine has simple structure and it is easy to operate.
2. It has high oil extraction rate ,and the oil is of fine quality.
3. It uses high carbon steel, which through high frequency quenching and heat-resisting, it is high hardness and strength, good abrasion resistance that suit for high temperature and high pressure continous working, all this had improved the service life of the oil press for decades.
4. Suitable Seeds: Peanut, Soybean, Rapeseed, Sesame,Sunflower seeds, Walnut, Almonds, Pumpkin seeds, Cashew, Camellia seeds, Tea seed, Palm, Pepper seeds etc.
Structure of Peanut Oil Press Machine
peanut oil press machine is a screw-driven oil making machine that mainly composed of the feeder, gear box, pressing cage, screw shaft and the machine stand.
Whether hot pressing or cold pressing should be used for peanut pressing?
Peanut oil is a easily digestible edible oil with yellowish, transparent and clear color, fragrant smell and delicious taste. Peanut oil contains more than 80% of unsaturated fatty acids (41.2% of oleic acid, 37.6% of linoleic acid). It also contains 19.9% of saturated fatty acids, like the palmitic acid, stearic acid and arachidic acid. Peanut oil has good fatty acid composition, which is conducive for human digestion and absorption.
At present, the peanut oil on the market can be divided into hot pressed peanut oil and cold pressed peanut oil. What is the difference between these two kinds of oil?
Currently, peanut oil on the market are basically produced by traditional method with high temperature (120℃). The raw peanuts are cooked in the pot and then pressed in the peanut oil press machine. Hot pressing has high oil yield and less residual oil, but the nutritional content of peanut itself are prone to be destroyed in the cleaning and high temperature processing process.
Cold pressed peanut oil
Cold pressed peanut oil is produced after selecting, low temperature drying, physical shelling after cooling with the purely physical extraction. In the entire production process, the temperature is lower than 60°C, so that the nutrition in peanut kernels can be completely remained and nutrients are not destroyed. It remains the original biological activity to a greater extent and keeps the natural flavor and color of the peanut. Cold pressed oil has light color without excessive internal heat.
In general, the cold pressing can remain the integrity of the nutritional content of peanut. Though some nutrients will be lost in hot pressing, but it has higher oil yield and more fragrant taste. Therefore, whether hot pressing or cold pressing is used can be determined by the taste of the local customers.
